The not so tiny, tiny house (with private laundry)

This tiny house is a 525 sqft home sitting offset from our main home. It has everything from a fully stocked kitchen to a laundry room inside this cozy home. Pots/pans, dishes and even a crock pot and waffle maker stock the kitchen. You will have a private fenced in front area with a seating area and artificial grass. We have built this home to welcome you as our friends and keep you comfortable. The home is located in a dog friendly neighborhood. * we do decorate for major US holidays

Cozy backyard cottage in shared backyard with sunny patio for relaxing outside. Studio cottage is separate from house with a queen size bed, bathroom with shower, kitchenette and eating area. Everything you need to relax and make simple meals, including coffee and tea. One block from Solano Ave for restaurants and shopping, a few blocks walking from whole foods and more restaurants. Near Bart and one block from bus stop to SF. Hiking in Tilden Park or Wildcat canyon just 10 min drive.

The Purple Door, Private Sanctuary, Epic View

Sunsets are glorious here. The Aerie is a special spot just for 1 or 2, so leave the posse behind. Registered guests only.

This is a detached 2-bedroom 1-bath guest unit with full kitchen and laundry at the back of my house. It has a private entrance which is accessed from our driveway and backyard. It is conveniently located near freeway 580, 880 and 238, and Bay Fair Bart Station. It's also close to Costco, Walmart, Target and many restaurants and shops, as well as everything you need. It is 13-min drive to Oakland Airport, 16 mins to Coliseum, 30 mins to Downtown SF

We have a lovely private garden cottage available in a quiet Oakland neighborhood, very close to Lake Merritt. Shopping, restaurants, and cafe's are a 10 minute walk away. Cozy furnished, sound proofed studio with blackout windows, thermal heated flooring, small kitchen, bath & living area. Free high speed internet, security & housekeeping service. Ample street parking and very close to public transportation.

Located halfway up the steep Berkeley hillside in a quiet residential area. The space has amazing natural light with 4 skylights and garden facing windows. There is a patio deck with table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. Previously an art studio, now a simple detached cottage at the entrance of our property. Little Cottage on the Hill

Enjoy a peaceful stay at this charming, secluded detached garden cottage great for a stay-cation or as a work-from-home alternative. Since the coronavirus pandemic, we have been taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. The cottage features a queen-sized bed, a fireplace,  private bathroom and kitchenette.
