Only 200m away from the Baltic Sea beach, this bright and well-equipped 3-room flat is located on the top floor of the Haus am Kurpark. With its floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, it offers a wide view over the roofs of the Kaiserbad Ahlbeck. On the same floor opposite the flat is the wellness area with sauna, relaxation room and access to the communal roof terrace with a view of the Baltic Sea.

The cosy apartment on the 2nd floor measures 71 square metres. Thanks to a sofa bed in the living room and a double bed in the separate bedroom, it can accommodate 4 people. The double bed measures 180x200 cm.
