Si trova nella prima collina di Camaiore a 9 Km dal mare della Versilia e a 25 m di macchina dalla bellissima città di Lucca. Un territorio naturalmente predisposto al "bien vivre" grazie ad un'armonica combinazione fra natura, cultura e buon cibo.Vicina alle città d'arte più iconiche: Pisa, Firenze, Siena, Le 5 Terre, le Alpi Apuane, Pietrasanta

Il rustico ha una superficie di 130 mq ed è dotato di cucina, soggiorno e sala open-space, lavanderia, 2 camere matrimoniali e 2 bagni con doccia. Inoltre è presente un vasto giardino in comune di 3000 mq con piscina attrezzata con lettini ed ombrelloni. Il rustico dispone di 2 parcheggi riservati e 2 ingressi indipendenti.
