The Vaporia area is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Syros. Famous for its architecture, it is located in the historic center, very close to the city and with the main feature of the neo-Greek architectural mansions hanging over the sea. Nearby are Asterias, one of the most beautiful and famous areas for swimming in the crystal clear waters of the Aegean, with the hanging buildings and the imposing church of Agios Nikolaos proudly dominating in the background. There is no sandy beach.

Ένα παλιό παραδοσιακό κυκλαδίτικο σπίτι,που χτίστηκε στο πέρασμα των αιώνων και εκσυγχρονίστηκε στο πέρασμα του χρόνου, διατηρώντας τον χαρακτήρα και την γοητεία του. Μπορείτε να απολαύσετε ένα δροσιστικό και γαλήνιο πρωινό στον ιδιόκτητο κήπο με τις λεμονιές μας, όπως επίσης μπορείτε να επισκεφτείτε την βεράντα στο "ανώι" για να απολαύσετε το βραδυ σας. Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 100μ απο την ιδιαίτερη πλατεία του Πλάτανου.

Nelly's Dream

A beautiful traditional house in the heart of Syros town, at the exclusive picturesque 'Vaporia' neighbourhood. The house is built on the rocks, with a unique view of the Aegean sea. It is built on four levels (many steps!) with private access to the seaside and a private open terrace. The two advertised, private rooms, are located on levels 3 and 4 and are accessible through the main entrance through level 1 (street level). The host family of two and a small dog and cat, live on levels 1 & 2.

Traditional storied house with entresol located at the picturesque side of Kini beach, 5 meters from the sand. Includes air conditioning, a solar water heater, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, as well as a large veranda with a direct view on the sunset. Can host up to 6 persons. Cafeterias, mini markets, restaurants and the bus stop, as well as the Aquarium, are all in close proximity. Μονοκατοικία πλήρως εξοπλισμένη σε παραθαλάσσια περιοχή με ησυχία και ιδιωτικότητα, ανάμεσα σε δύο υπέροχες παραλίες του νησιού μας τον Άγιο Ρωμανό και την Απηγανια!!Φανταστική θέα!!!!Στην παραλία του Αγίου Ρωμανού υπάρχει πρόσβαση με αυτοκίνητο αλλά και από μονοπάτι (5 λεπτά) και διαθέτει οργανωμένο beach bar, ταβέρνα και καφετέρια.Η παραλία της Απηγανιας είναι παρθένα, μη οργανωμένη και έχει πρόσβαση μόνο από μονοπάτι (5-10λεπτα)!!Διατίθεται θέση στάθμευσης εντός της ιδιοκτησίας.

Tinos Traditional Stone Studio

Το στούντιο είναι ένα παραδοσιακό πέτρινο οίκημα που βρίσκεται σε ένα κτήμα περιστοιχισμένο από δένδρα και λουλούδια. Η θέα προς Μύκονο, Δήλο και άλλα Αιγαιοπελαγίτικα Νησιά είναι μοναδική. Κοντά υπάρχουν πολλές οργανωμένες παραλίες καθώς και η γνωστή παραλία της Παχιά ΄Αμμου. Στην περιοχή υπάρχουν εστιατόρια-ταβέρνες, μινι μαρκετ . Δίπλα από το κτήμα βρίσκεται ένα από τα πολλά παραδοσιακά μονοπάτια του νησιού. Η απόσταση από το λιμάνι της Τήνου είναι περίπου 6 χιλιόμετρα.

Sunset vineyard house

Χωριάτικο ανακαινισμένο σπιτάκι μέσα σε αμπελώνα στην απάνω μεριά Σύρου. Οι Κυκλάδες όπως ήταν πάντα. 20 λεπτά οδήγηση από το λιμάνι. Ιδιωτικό μεταφορικό όχημα απολύτως απαραίτητο! Θάλασσα, βουνό και ηλιοβασίλεμα στο παράθυρό σας. Από το σπίτι ξεκινάει μονοπάτι 30 λεπτών προς την όμορφη παραλία Λία. Υπάρχουν τρεις εξαιρετικες ταβέρνες σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών οδήγησης. Προτείνεται για ανθρώπους που αγαπούν τη φύση, τις πεζοπορίες και αναζητούν την ηρεμία στις διακοπές τους.
