Near the highway A4 and the bus stop going to Venice and Padua in less than 30 min. In the center, bright, simple and elegant. Overlooking the river with beautiful views. It equipped with every comfort, free wi fi, smart TV, microwave oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, washer / dryer, safety box. We are partner of a beach club 1,5 km away with a free use of pool for our guests. Pool will be open from 01/06/2025, till Sunday 01/09/ 2025. Closed in case of bad weather.

In the surrounding area, numerous restaurants invite you to savor local delicacies.

Casa Margherita (country house)

Time slows down at Casa Margherita. This is the ideal location to relax and detox from the day to day stress. You can enjoy long bike rides on one of the longest cycling lane in Italy (bikes are provided at the house), visit several historical places (see guidebook), travel to Delta Po or spent a day at the spa in Colli Euganei or simply relax watching a movie in the big double sofas in front of the fireplace. The house is surrounded by fields but easily accessible and close to all amenities.

Self-contained flat with independent access situated inside a 16th century renaissance Palladian Villa with access to a 12 acres landscaped park. The property is situated in the municipality of Val Liona, one of the most charming and untouched Valley of Veneto 45 minutes’ drive from both Verona and Padova. The flat has been recently renovated to the highest standards with manicured attention to details and boasts design pieces furniture by Fornasetti, Valcucine, Lago, Cassina and Gio Ponti

Spritz & Love Venice apartment

Recently restored portion of villa sorrounded by a delicious garden, 10 minutes from Venice and really close to Mestre Railway station and bus stop. Located in the residential area of Marghera called "città giardino". Families with children and small pets are always welcome! We speak English, German and Spanish. Internal car parking available. The touristic city tax (€4,00 for each adult per night) is not included in the price and it has to be paid at the check in. Renovated October 2023!!!

We are pleased to welcome you, together with our beloved dog Otto, to our dependance which is part of a nineteenth-century country villa on the way to Venice. The villa is located on the Brenta's Riviera that connects Venice in Padua, surrounded by amazing Palladian's mansions. The accomodation is strategically located: Padua can be easily reached by bus, train, bike or car in less then 15 minutes and Venice is less than half an hour away by train, with the train station 800 meters away.

Il giardino che la circonda ha una bella piscina con vista meravigliosa. La Bicocca è una casa indipendente (per 4 persone, e su richiesta è possibile aggiungere un letto singolo in una della due camere) La piscina non è privata ma è condivisa con un altra casa vicina.
