The lake front is a great spot for swimming, fishing, kayaking or relax and enjoy a good book. This place is ideal for weekend getaways with friends or a family vacation. Plenty of outdoor activities year round. There are ATV and snowmobile trails close by. Take a 1 minute drive to Goat Hill trail for a nice easy hike. Enjoy fall foliage and snow shoeing in the winter.

Enjoy peace and tranquility on your private back deck, the amazing salt water hot tub (exclusively use) new sauna, heated seasonal outdoor shower, deep bathtub (showering is tricky for people taller then 5'5)with bluetooth speaker.Comfortable king size bed with European bedding and a single fold out foam mattress on the 1st floor, that was just finished as another relax area, with 70" TV, record player, hammock & hanging chair.

Both rustic and elegant, the Birch Ledge Guest House offers a cozy place to relax and recharge, whatever the season. The first floor features a spacious living room (with queen sized pull-out-couch), dining area, and small kitchen. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second floor is a loft accessible by a spiral staircase and has a comfy queen and two twin sized beds. The guesthouse is surrounded by quiet forest and is an easy 30 minute drive to Portland.
