Michelle and her crew have a great coffee shop serving Seaside Coffee Roasters coffee and making some excellent breakfast sandwiches. Great if you are short on time and want something to go!

In our opinion, the best pizza on the coast! Menu is available online and though they are only about a ½ mile away, the delivery option is nice. They have a walk in special that we often grab for lunch. Two large slices and a soda for cheap!

Best fish and chips you will EVER have - if you have the patience to wait in line outside in the rain. They have irregular hours so be sure to check before you make the drive to Astoria.

From our experience, Seaside is light on fine dining experiences, however Nonni’s comes pretty close. Good Italian food, good atmosphere and moderate pricing. They do have limited seating but for small groups it is a good choice.

This is really a diamond in the rough. Quality Chinese food located next to the carousel in Seaside? Seems unlikely but these guys rock it. Large portions, not greasy, and fresh. We go here often. Super nice people too.

If you plan to spend a little time in Astoria, Wet Dog is a great choice for a brew pub. Beer, wine and very good burgers! This place goes well with an afternoon of antique shopping at Phog Bounders.

All of our properties are located on the quieter north end of Seaside: far enough away to be away from the bustle, but close enough to walk to it. Enjoy the aquarium where you can feed the sea lions, walk along the promenade, watch the sun set at the historic turn around, and enjoy Broadway where all the traditional beach shops are located.

Runs hourly on Summer weekends (Memorial Day Weekend through the end of September) in a loop through Seaside. $1 flat fare. Great for sightseeing or riding in vintage, open-air style.

Renting Bicycles or a Surrey
In the warmer months, going by surrey or bicycle to explore the city is a great way to look around. There are shops located all over the place, including one on the east end of the 12th street bridge.
