We loved the process so much, that we have since turned 11 more units into furnished rentals! We have five furnished apartments in Snohomish, WA. Snohomish is known as the Antique Capital of the PNW, and is a fabulous town to retreat to! Our spacious and classy 2 bedroom flat and townhome, and shabby chic 1 bedroom units are hot off the press and renting well! Close to everything in town! "Cozy Boutique", “Chalet on Avenue A", “Pleasant Stay on Avenue A”, “Cozy Stay on Avenue A” and “Tucked Away on Avenue A are our 1 and 2 bedroom units in Snohomish. We have two beautiful apartments in a completely remodeled home in Yakima, Washington that are now listed on this site. Check those out if you're ever in need in the Yakima area. They have complete kitchens, beautiful decorating and are spacious and modern. We'd love to share these with you as well! These units do well on Airbnb but they also work great for traveling professionals. Nurses, Dr's and other medical professionals rave about these units! 90 days are typical, but we are willing to work with you. December 2020, we have two modern farmhouse rentals in Rigby Idaho, near the town of Heise and Kelly Canyon ski resort! These great spaces will have you in the hills of Heise to soak in the hot pools, play golf, go ziplining, mountain biking, 4x4ing, or fishing in the Snake River in just 10 minutes! Just 5 minutes further to Kelly Canyon! This is a prime location and you can rent one home or BOTH for larger groups! Both of these homes turned out great! These homes are also just 3 minutes from Ririe, 15 minutes from downtown Rigby and Highway 20, and 20 minutes down beautiful Archer Highway to Rexburg! On top of these we have timeshares we can rent out all over the world! We own in Las Vegas and two luxury resorts in Peurto Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta Mexico as well!
