The suburb offers a golf course immediately across the road with two 18 hole courses to chose from plus fine dining restaurant . Bold Park Aquatic centre is two mins walk ,a state of the art brand new facility with heated pools and Café . 10 mins in the opposite direction to the beach is the Floreat forum with stylish shops two supermarkets, a gym and many great restaurants and tavern. Hi Its Coppelia and Chris here. We owner built our mid century home a few years ago with the purpose of having an Air B and B studio. Since day one we have hardly had a vacant day even during covid ! We have hosted guests from all over the world and enjoy meeting new people!

Uzturēšanās laikā

Our own home is at the front on the street . the studio is above the garage built at the rear of our home and accessed by the rear lane way. The entrance is completely separate and guests come and go via the rear garage. Being retired we are on site most of the time and can be of assistance for guest enquiries.
Chris will never say no to a round of Golf !
