Living
The lovely sitting room offers comfortable seating for 6 plus flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player. For Christmas guests a fully decorated Christmas tree is provided along with other festive decorations.

Cooking/Dining
The modern kitchen/breakfast room offers electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and everything else you would require to cater for your family. There is a separate utility room with washing machine. There is also a separate dining room with table and chairs for 6 and doors leading out to the terrace, hot tub and garden. Family room/bedroom 4 is a versatile room offering an additional play space (with books, toys and games) for children, as well as housing a double bed.

Sleeping
There are 4 bedrooms in total sleeping up to 8 guests, the master bedroom I a double with wardrobes and ensuite shower room. There are 3 further double bedrooms (one has a zip & link bed and can be set up as a twin room on request).

- Bedroom 1 - Double bed with en-suite (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2 - Double bed (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 3 - Zip and link bed (sleeps 2, can be made into double or twin)
- Bedroom 4 - Double bed (sleeps 2)

Bathing
There is a good sized family bathroom with shower over the bath as well as the master en-suite shower room.

Outside
Outside there is a lovely enclosed garden and terrace with hot tub (charges apply). Outdoor table and chairs for 'al-fresco' dining and BBQ provided. There is driveway parking for 3 -4 vehicles and the garden is enclosed with a gate to the front.

Full payment is due if arrival is within 10 weeks. For bookings made 10+ weeks in advance a deposit of 50% plus the £60 non-refundable booking fee is due (Homeaway/Airbnb will also charge their service fee to you upon booking). The final balance and security deposit (if applicable) is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival (Airbnb will detail the payment schedule to you upon booking).

It is not possible to add any extras when booking via Homeaway/Airbnb and therefore the costs of any extras will not be included within the price shown, extras must be requested and paid for directly with Ocean Cottages.

Available Extras:
- Highchair - One highchair supplied free of charge
- Travel Cot (Linen not provided) - free of charge
- Dog - £20 per week/short break
- Hot Tub - £200 per week/short break

Please note, to ensure optimum cleanliness & hygiene of the hot tub, it will be completely emptied, cleaned, sanitised and re-filled with water and chemicals on your arrival day. Therefore, the hot tub may not be up to temperature until the morning after your arrival.
