It is a unique ground floor apartment at the foot of the dunes of Ostend. The living room with floor to ceiling windows overlook the beautiful untouched wild dunes. The beach with a splendid view of the North Sea is just a 100 m walk away. It is ideal for large families and small group of friends.
The entry is completely private so you won’t get in contact with other guests in the common hall way. It is therefore a perfect vacation place with no risk of contamination. The entry is by code.

The location is unique. The beach is never too crowded unlike many at the coast. You can walk along the beach and dunes for hours . Bring your bike if possible. It is an ideal starting point for bike rides. You can also bring your dog(s).

Because it is removed form the city Center of Ostend there is a calmness that you will appreciate while still being in the dunes and a stone throw from the beach. A 10 minute train or car ride will bring you to the city Center of Ostend. Bredene , a small coastal city is even closer . You can even walk to the city of Ostend. There is a small ferry which will bring you to the other side of the harbour and right into the historic center of Ostend. Many restaurants are nearby as is a large super market for your daily needs. If you want fresh fish for your family dinner, the fish market is a 10 minute walk.

Dear guest,

I’m Olivier Roelens, father of 5, and married to Cynthia Johnston. We live in Canada since 2013 on Île d’Orleans , an island near Quebec City. In 2009 I purchased this apartment ( before it was even built) while we were still living in Belgium and had no plans yet to move to Canada. We saw it as an ideal place to hang out during the weekends with our children and dogs. Friends of ours, Karine and Jessy Deleville, a couple from France, run our B&B’S and hotel in Bruges. They also provide all the service and cleaning for this apartment in Ostend.If you are in urgent need of help it is Karine that will help you although I’m always available online to answer any of your questions.
