Old Quebec Winter Walking Tour
From Lower Town to Upper Town, embark on a 2-hour tour through the heart of Old Québec, where the chill of winter meets the warmth of rich heritage. Our historical walking tour explores the past to understand today's society. As we unfold the stories of New France, the Conquest, the American Revolution, the Quiet Revolution, and more, you'll gain insights into key moments in Québec's history, unveiling the intricate relationships between communities and nations. Discover winter anecdotes, from the ice bridge to the Winter Carnival, adding a seasonal touch to your understanding of the city. We prioritize quality storytelling and historical interpretation over quantity of sites visited, yet we still cover many highlights such as Old Port, Petit Champlain (with Place Royale & Batterie Royale), the Château Frontenac from a vantage point, Seminary, City Hall, Morrin Centre, and one fancy gate. Secure your spot for an engaging tour and carefully select the correct language time slot when booking, as each tour is exclusively conducted in one language.
